Your handbook says how it works. TESS tells you whether it's true.
TESS is the platform for process management. You see how your operations really run, check every data delivery against your rules and prove what an audit asks for.

Every department knows its part. TESS knows the handovers.
Process mining reads the traces your systems already write and assembles the process as it is actually lived. Frequent paths grow wide, rare ones fade. What remains is your business as it really works.
The handbook says 24 deliveries a day. Today there were 19.
Process intelligence connects the process to the data that carries it. Your systems deliver via API, FTP, push or upload. TESS stores every delivery unchanged, knows how much data should arrive by when and checks every single package against a predefined set of rules.
What a customer sent can still be proven byte for byte a year from now.

A diagram may be unfinished. It is published only once it is right.
You model in BPMN (or let the AI create your processes from your documentation) and arrange everything in a tree as deep as your company. Dangling steps, missing end states and conditions nobody can evaluate stand out before you publish the process.
- Process tree and mapGroups and diagrams arranged freely, every card with the state of its subtree.
- Process orbEvery process of a tenant at a glance.
- JournalKeeps information and documents clearly arranged in one place.

With us, red is not a design choice. It is a finding.
Every step in the diagram can be bound to a data source and a ruleset. If a delivery breaks a rule, the step pulses red within five seconds, in the diagram, in the tree and on the dashboard.
Seven rule types, from the number of records to the punctuality of the source. Every rule states the expected and the actual value, and only what really deviates turns red. Everything else stays ink.
More on rules and alarmsThe switch sets itself. As far as you allow it.
TESS runs published processes on its own engine. Every instance leaves a history. Where it gets stuck, an incident appears that looks just like a rule violation.
Service task
Calls your ERP, your CRM or a webhook, with an idempotency key.
Gateway
A condition decides, or a language model reads the case. If it is unsure, TESS asks a person.
Task
Lands in the role's inbox. Whoever completes it is recorded in the history.
Timer
Waits three days or until Monday morning and then carries on by itself.
An auditor doesn't believe a handbook. Evidence, yes.
ISO management1 links every requirement of ISO 9001 to evidence from day-to-day operations. A clause without a link is a gap, and you see it before the audit.
- Standards catalogue with auditor questionsReviewed by an external auditor, without the text of the standard.
- Controlled documentsVersions, four-eyes approval, read confirmation.
- Nonconformities, audits, risksActions with verified effectiveness, reports as PDF.

Every project on one timeline. And who is needed when.
Project management1 creates projects from templates, with phases, roles and tasks that are the same as in the diagram. Because projects and processes live in one model, you see where both pull on the same department.
- Projects from templatesPhases, roles, documents and checklists in one go.
- Tasks, board and scheduleDependencies, Gantt and calendar.
- Time trackingOne timer per person, workload per team.

1 Paid add-on to TESS. Further standards such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 follow via the shared harmonized structure. TESS does not certify; the assessment is made by the certification body.
More on project managementThe same business. Six months later.
Fewer handovers, shorter paths and the deviations that remain have a name. Clarity is not a feeling. It can be counted.
Example values

“Every workshop shows it: whoever can explain their process has already half modelled it. TESS turns the other half into a draft.”
Explain the process as you would to a colleague. TESS turns it into a diagram.
“When an order comes in, purchasing checks the quantity. From 500 units management approves it, otherwise it goes straight to the warehouse.”
TESS checks the draft against the same rules as every diagram, lays it out and saves it. Publishing remains your click.
More on the copilotYour data lives on its own.
Your processes reveal how your company works. TESS keeps them safe on servers in Germany and, if you wish, on-premise. Every access follows a role and every change is recorded in a log that cannot be altered. And no language model gets to see what your systems deliver.
- Servers in Germany
- Daily backup per tenant
- Evolvet GmbH, Cologne
- Two factors and roles per tenant
- Credentials with AES-256-GCM
- A log that cannot be changed
- No delivery content sent to language models
- Per-variable approval at the gateway
- AI provider of your choice or a local model
Show us a process. We'll tell you whether it's right.
In thirty minutes we model one of your processes in TESS and connect one of your data sources. Afterwards you know where it gets stuck.
